MAKE US WHOLE AGAIN; A MOTHER AND DAUGHTER'S PRAYER.... u can also help by just praying for this family

When one person closest to you is suffering, it’s tough. When two of the closest people in your life are suffering, it’s perplexing. We all wish we could take the place of the ailing person, but the best we can do is stay close to them, pray for them, and support them. For those who know my mother and sister, you are aware of the battles they are fighting, and you’ve committed to stick with them. For that, we want to thank you.
For those who don’t know them; I’ll begin with my mother (Beth Mumbi Thuita): She got sick on Dec 2nd, 1999. Through this, we found out that she had a brain aneurism, Meningitis, memory loss, hypertension, diabetes, and she lost her sight for 2 months. After the treatment, she got better, and was doing well until recently. She was told that she has a Hernia that needs surgery, and her diabetes has surged to the level at which she needs proper medical attention, to control the sugar levels. We were told that she would need KShs. 2.5m to undergo treatment.
As for my sister (Caroline Gachambi Thuita): She got her first seizure in January, 2010, when she was 20 years. The seizures progressed from once in 2 months to once a month, then to once a week to once after every few days. Medicines prescribed to her weren’t making her any better and multiple seizures were common to the point that in April 2013, she would have one every 15 minutes, and consequently, admitted in ICU. Currently, she is using a crutch and paralyzing on the left side of her body. She needs urgent medical attention as she is still getting multiple seizures. She has not been able to lead a normal life as a young adult, nor has she been able to go to campus after high school; she is basically confined to the house. All the Neurologists she’s seen, in Kenya, are considered the best at their fields, and have advised that her condition needs to seek treatment in South Africa.
As it is tough to ask for help, I heed to the words of Paulo Coehlo: “When a person really desires something, all the universe conspires to help that person realize his/her dream”. Our family’s dream is to have it complete; as it once was. If you can find it within yourself to make that dream happen for us, then you are a part of the miracle that God has sent to make it happen.
